The hospital’s specialisations include cardiology, abdominal surgery, urology, maxillofacial and neurosurgery, oncology, as well as orthopaedics. Hirslanden Klinik Aarau has an Emergency Centre, intensive care unit, maternity unit, cardiac catheterisation laboratory, institute for radiology and radiotherapy, as well as a da Vinci surgical robot. A helicopter landing pad ensures seamless emergency medical transportation.
